Looking at preventive maintenance history is exceptionally easy. TeReMa has simple, yet powerful search tools through the screen below.

It is possible to get all history for particular equipment between selected dates. Often used for failure analysis of equipment.

It is possible to get all exceptions for a department (Area). Often used by supervisors and planners on a daily basis to review problems found in their area.

TeReMa also provide the option to search recorded problems per job function and/or individual.

The Exception report.

An exception is triggered if:

• a problem is added to comments
• an alarm is triggered on the measuring point

The report prints out:

• equipment number
• equipment name
• Signature of person that did the inspection
• date/time of inspection
• problem description (if added by user)
• last five measurements (if any)
• alarms (if any)

The Compliance report can be studied for the whole plant, per area, per job function, and date interval.
