Once PM’s are set up we can perform Pm’s two ways:

Inspection List
The inspection list is a detailed description of the route. Ach inspection is scheduled within the route, TeReMa can therefore handle many inspection intervals within a route and they will only print out when they are due (Automatic Scheduling).	Click to enlarge

Hand Held Unit
The hand held unit save your organization a step in the documentation process. All problems found, measuring points, and work order generation is done from the hand held. The handheld is docked after route is complete and history, compliance to schedule, measuring points, and work requests are downloaded into the system.

If no problem is found with the equipment, just click checkbox, next inspection appears.
Hand held screen contains same information as inspection list plus some more features.

Example of Measurement screen. Last reading date and time is displayed together with current record. If “list” is clicked, a measurement history pops up.
