Graphical user interface
TeReMa’s graphical interface is completely windows based. The graphical interface helps the user to find functionality easy. The administrator function also let you customize all available screens for each user. A power user may therefore have access to all functionality of TeReMa, while someone else may only see, and have access to a few functions.

Support
System maintenance and support are provided via the phone for the most part. On-site support is available when needed. Implementation support and training courses are normally given on the user’s premises, and are always arranged to meet the individual requirements of each customer.

Client server or Single user
The single user and the server version are “identical twins”, you may therefore start with a single user version, then move to a network server version when you are ready.

To find right information
The data in the TeReMa software is easy to find, sort, and use for reports. All fields are listed in the built-in report generator for searching and reporting. A lot of data is also available for exporting to other databases such as Excel and Access. The scheduling fuction even have a direct link to Microsoft Project.

Barcodes and Hand Held Computers
TeReMa gives you the option to use hand held computers for inspection rounds, work order requests, and stores. If hand held isn’t used in your plant, you may print the inspection list instead. Barcodes and labels can be printed directly from TeReMa’s labeling function. Examples where barcodes may be used:

• work time per work order
• item withdrawals
• stocktaking
• Preventive Maintenance Inspections and data collection
• Lubrication

Efficient data entry
TeReMa has a complete documentation management system. You may tie document attachment such as pictures, Excel sheets, Word document, and more to specific equipment numbers and location.
